Booking Our Private Party Room
The party room is booked for children's parties only, ages 8 and under, with a minimum of 10 painters and 10 pieces. The studio fee is $6 and pieces are additional starting at $13 and up. You can pre-select and purchase pieces ahead of time, or if you are more flexible, you can arrive a few minutes early and choose from the shelves the day of your party. We recommend 3 or 4 items as not to overwhelm the party guests with choices, and we place your final picks right in the party room, so they know what their options are. If you are unsure of what pieces to choose, we can always suggest popular items, or something in your party theme. There is a non-refundable $50 deposit required at time of the party reservation, and is taken off the balance the day of the party. If you should cancel your party, you will be given a store credit for the amount, if you change the date and time of your party the original deposit follows the new date.
The party is booked for an hour and a half, and there is time after painting for cake and or pizza, and usually gifts. The younger the kids, the faster they paint! You are welcome to bring in food and drinks for the party, just don't forget your paper products and cutlery, as we don't carry those items here!
Due to space restrictions and the fire code of North Olmsted, we request party guests be dropped off, and no more than 3 adults or non-painters remain. If more than 2 non-painters stay for the party, there is a $4 fee charged for each one, but they may not stand or block walkways, exits, doorways, the paint bar, or impede us assisting other customers. Siblings and parents of guests are always welcome to stay and paint out in the general studio area during a party.
General Studio Parties & Events
All adult groups/events are booked in the general studio as they are not limited to the same minimums or time restrictions as the party room. You are welcome to bring in food and drinks, including adult beverages, and we recommend allowing at least 2 1/2 to 3 hours for your adult event, especially if you are bringing refreshments. The non-refundable $50 deposit also applies to general studio events, and is taken off the balance of the party host.
General studio parties are also held for birthday parties, ages 9 and up, scout troop events, bridal showers and bachelorette parties, corporate team builders, ladies groups, PTA's and daycare organizations. Children's events usually last for an hour and a half to 2 hours depending on the age.
A $50 deposit is required to secure your time and date. The deposit is applied toward the balance of the party. A 10 person minimum is required to reserve the party room. Smaller groups are welcome to join us in our general studio. You may bring in food, drinks, gifts, and anything else needed for your party! No refunds on cancellations. Instead, you will receive your deposit as store credit only.
